GolfBros Swingpace will guide you in practicing your swing rhythm. The app provides both a ratio of 3:1 and 2:1. Ratio 3:1 means that the backswing will take 3 periods of time compared to the
downswing.
The total duration of the swing can vary from 0.8 seconds (fast) to 1.2 seconds (slow).
The average PGA-tour swing completes in about 1 second (normal).
The 2:1 ratio is provided to guide your practice of shorter swings.
The app provides both visual support and audio support. Put the device above your targeted low point to provide visual support. Or use your earphones to listen to the rhythm while your device is in your pocket.
